Доступность к центру, к пляжу. Чисто, богато и приятный персонал Отличная кровать, убранство радует глаз. Есть кофе, чай и чайник Чистый номер, чистый отель. Приятные работники, услужливые и внимательные!

Very bad experience

We are coming from dubai since my friend has an event here. We thought its a good hotel. I was willing to pay for late check out I called twice and they said no I have to go out 12noon because rooms are full. Very bad service when customer asked for twice. My friend In the morning left since she has an event when I'm about to check out the reception 2 guys told me we need signature of my friend to get the 100 aed deposit. I mean what is this. We gave both our emirates id in the system. Why they cannot give me the 100 right away. So I'm here now waiting at the reception because my friend will finish her even maybe after 2 hours. Very inconvenient. No empathy for customers. I thought this will be a nice experience because I dont go to Abu dhabi and this is my first time to stay in Abu dhabi. Very bad experience in this hotel. I hope u will not treat your customers this way again ever. I check in may 2 and check out may 3. Room 503. I hope u checked your records. Very bad experience.

“Feels Like Home Already!

I came to Ramada Downtown Abu Dhabi planning to stay just 2 days… now it’s been more than 12 days 😄 Honestly, I didn’t extend my stay—the hotel made me do it! In the last 1.5 months, I’ve stayed in many hotels across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but this one is on a completely different level. I tried to find at least one negative point… but sorry, nothing found 😂 The housekeeping team is amazing—always on point. And the reception team? Superheroes! Especially two staff members (I wish I knew their names) who are incredibly helpful and kind. I’m pretty sure they are the secret behind this hotel’s success. Call reception → problem solved in seconds. That’s it. No stress, no waiting! At this point, I feel like I should get a permanent room here 😄 Everything is just perfect. Big thanks to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Easy 10/10… actually, let’s make it 11/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experience!!!

One of my favourite places to visit. Not just because of the place but for the staffs as well. Maya, sapna and the artists are amazing and have always welcomed me with the biggest smiles and the warmest hug.

Had a good time in Abu Dhabi

The front desk staff and all the other staff were helpful. Restaurants nearby were top notch as we enjoyed the food there. One of the sad things I saw was that the owner if I am not wrong treated the staff very disrespectfully. I hereby rate the staff as very helpful

Poor experience at Ramada. Recommend not to stay

We had booked two rooms and stayed at this hotel on 26th and 27th December. The hotel location is excellent. Service of thr staff and the breakfast was good. Rooms are horrible with AC temperature not adjustableb properly. The access cards often stops working. The toiletries are not ok. The towels were stained. If you have a choice then better to avoid this hotel or check the rooms thoroughly before checking in.
