Beautiful location in Barcelona

A fantastic property located in a very convenient section of the commercial district. Easy walking access to pretty much everything you need and a lot of shopping. The rooms were spacious, and the inclusion of a washing machine was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. Overall, a fantastic location for your Barcelona stay.

Do not recommend, management is pititful:(

The front desk staff is FABULOUS, so very helpful. The management, however, is one of the worst I have EVER dealt with. I stayed in September of 2025, and I only just got resolution, and that was through my credit company and the US Dept of Consumer Affairs:( I had so much hope for this apartment, based on others' reviews. Not sure who is posting these 5 star reviews, but, in reality, I can't see how they are possible. I have spent no less than 20 hours (phone and email) to get the refund they promised me, after having having hundreds of ants on the kitchen counters, and in our bed! I have such solid proof, with an apology from the manager, Melissa, that they would compensate me for the huge inconvenience. Once I left Spain, they told me they would NOT make good on their commitment for a 50% refund on the one night:( I got NO response once I started my credit card dispute. I even emailed their main office in Madrid, again, no one even took the time to respond:( I finally got my $306.17 back but it took over four months, just to get what they promised me In writing. Really disappointing and very unexpected. The penthouse was certainly nice, but it is, in no way, a five star "apartmentt." The walls are dirty, the couch is abominable (we would not even sit on it- so stained and filthy), and the cost is way above what you would expect for a five star penthouse! I suggest you look elsewhere. Also, keep in mind that the square footage they advertise includes outdoor space, probably 50% of the unit. We expected something much larger. We also expected there to be electricity when we arrived, and it took six or seven "WhatsApp" conversations only to find out we needed our key in the slot near the door. They could have mentioned that in the instructions they left for late entry, OR ,they could tell the person who mans the phone of this basic fix! Ugh Location is good, and the girls at the desk are very helpful, but they don't get in until late morning, so keep that in mind, too. Finally, we would never go back, based on this very troubling experience.

Perfect accommodation

We would appreciate the great services provided by the concierge of this accommodation, especially a lovely lady, Nacha. She is extremely friendly, patient, professional, and helpful. She introduced very clearly about all the amenities of this accommodation to me. Moreover, the location is perfect. It takes around 5 to 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions
