Don't go to the restaurant, you might not have a reservation

Extremely disappointing experience. I called their restaurant at 9:00 AM as instructed and made a reservation over the phone. I specifically mentioned that these were VVIP guests and asked for the booking to be double-checked. I was assured everything was confirmed. When the guests arrived, they were told there was no reservation. I contacted the manager, who simply said there was nothing she could do because the restaurant was full. No solution was offered and no apology was given. What made the situation worse was being told there was "no proof" of the reservation, despite the fact that I have call records and screenshots showing that I called and spoke with the team. This was not our mistake. Our guests were left waiting, and the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service was shocking. I sincerely hope no one else has to experience this.

The Pinnacle of Lounge and Luxury in Paris

As an American from NYC, I grew up listening to Hotel Costes’ CDs in the early 2000s, and I dreamt of visiting. Twenty years later, after this summer, I can safely say it was a dream come true. Even though my French is not perfect, the concierge and staff were very patient and polite. Our room was one of the most intimate in the hotel (Something I’ve always loved about Parisian hotels), and it was beautifully decorated. The bar was a lot of fun, and even when my wife and I were tired from walking the streets, the hotel’s nocturnal energy helped us go even longer. And the breakfasts were spectacular. We will definitely be visiting again!
