Wonderful hotel and staff. Stayed in apartments across road from hotel and were very pleased with our choice!

Great apartment. Great service and amazing location

Great apartment. Great service and amazing location. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. One with a king bed and one with two double twin beds for the kids. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped and dinning and living area. All super clean and nicely furnished and kept. Location is right next to nice city attractions such as Casa Batlo and La Pedrera. Highly recommend

Wow. What an apartment

We had the perfect week in Majestic residence. The apartment is huge and well maintained. Location is fantastic. Service by Majestic hotel staff was superb. Kitchen was well equipped. We did have to pay extra for maid services but it was worth it.

Extra fee for room cleaning!!!

I had stayed in Majestic hotel in Barcelona several times before and this time we booked a two-bedroom apartment but after 3 days when my wife went to the front desk to ask about the house keeping schedules she was told that it was needed to be booked 24 hours in advance and also we needed to pay 48 euros each time!!! It's unbelievable! this is the first time that we encounter such a thing after staying in so many hotels, We've already paid about 400 euros per night and yet we need to pay more for cleaning the room? By the way apartment is so old and needs renovations so there are definitely way better options with this rate and of course this would be our last time choosing Majestic too

Bad experience. I’m not coming back again

We booked the apartment . We had the one on the top. The apartment itself was really nice. It’s a duplex and has a nice terrace. But the smell in the apartment was so horrible. It smells like sewers all the time and it was hard to enjoy our stay there. It’s getting worse in the night and it’s too hard to sleep. We called the hotel so many times and they were the worst ever. They didn’t do anything more than just spraying perfumes in the rooms. We asked to change the apartment or give us rooms instead but they kept ignoring us. We are still trying to change the apartment but there’s no answer from their side. The only thing good abou the hotel is the location nothing else. But the service is the worst one I’ve witnessed so far and I traveled a lot.
