Завтрак отличный, много блюд , много места в ресторане. На пляже 10 зонтов и 20 жезлогнов , это прикол ?! У бассейна около 50 жезлонгов и места нет , хоть на мост ложись . В понимании администрации отеля больше 70 человек в отеле не останавливается ? Обслуживание работают в другом временном измерении , медлительное жутко. Проверка номера при выезде 15 минут - и это в 7 утра!! Вы шутите ? Практически выпросили поздравление с днем рождения , но никто не пришел поздравлять . Рядом с пляжем пустыри какие-то , отель недостроен. Вид крутой на море из номера только на картинках. Не стоит своих денег .

Fantastic stay at KOI Resort Vietnam

KOI Resort was fantastic. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived (special shout out to An Bui (Alex) what a lovely young man). Everything about the resort felt well taken care of. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and had a great view - exactly what you want on holiday. I loved watching and feeding the koi fish...so relaxing. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for spending a lazy afternoon. The resort is also super close to Marble Mountain, walking distance. Overall, KOI Resort delivered a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'd happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam.

Excellent in every way

We were astonished by the resort. Every element over delivered expectation and quality. The staff, the decor, the room, the meals, the location… I could go on and on. Definitely a six star experience at a very budget friendly price. We will most definitely be back… with friends and for longer!

Extremely poor service and attitude of reception staff , makes a wonderful property a lousy experience

The resort facilities and location are excellent , however , service especially of the reception staff is poor . There are approximately 6-7 reception staff at check in , however, only 2 attend the guests , when u come up to reception you are just ask to wait whether there is someone ahead of you or not . Only few can understand English , the trainee staff has got no badges to say so and understand nothing only ask you to wait . The reception staff ( Gus with specs , no name badge) at night is particularly rude and not at all helpful . The restaurants all close at 9 /9:30 pm last order and there is no 24 hr kitchen services so if you want a meal after that you are stuffed , when ask the reception for any advice , they have nothing to offer and pretty rude about it . Water in rooms just two small bottles any more u need have to pay an exorbitant price , so much so for touristing in a premium resort with no clean water facility for guests.

The worst experience ever

Where do I even begin… From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The person at check-in was extremely rude—no smile, no warmth, and completely unhelpful. It was our first day, and we had a few basic questions, but his attitude made us uncomfortable enough to hold back. The room was another letdown. It wasn’t cleaned properly, and we had to repeatedly call housekeeping just to get basic cleaning done. That’s not something guests should have to chase. The bathroom was full of muddy water. The hotel restaurant wouldn’t even give us plates specially the guy at the reception was trying that we don’t get the plates, he was deliberately trying to make our stay horrible, the guy wearing spectacles on night duty. And the breakfast—honestly, it was one of the worst I’ve experienced. The quality and taste were so poor that it completely put us off. For Indian travellers especially, I would strongly advise against this place—not just because of the food, but also because the overall treatment felt unwelcoming and, at times, discriminatory. To make things worse, the cleaning staff broke my perfume and didn’t even acknowledge it, let alone apologize. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. Avoid at all costs.
