Hotel Vernet

Только расположение. Хорошие ребята, которые встречают около отеля. Пару человек во время завтрака отзывчивых. Отель закрывает свой "ресторан" для "частных мероприятий и вечеринок". При этом, пишут объявление - что закрыли ресторан, делаем только "Доставку". Полное неуважение к гостям. Молчу про цену и сервис. Цена завышенная, все переоценено, депозиты за сутки день колоссальные - за что платим? За все старое, убитое? Ну совсем смешно. Совсем не ясно, откуда там 5 звезд. После такого отеля остается негативное впечатление о переплатах завышенных за депозиты. Ребята которые встречают около отеля молодцы, помогают, заботятся. И несколько сотрудников на завтраках, кто принимает заказ. Остальное - переоцененка, за каждый день платишь огромный депозит. Ушел с чувством того, что меня обманули и взяли много денег, и это точно не 5 звезд.

Хорошее расположение, если основными целями являются Триумфальная арка, Елисейские поля и Эйфелева башня. Услужливый персонал, хорошая уборка. В целом, неплохой отель, но принципиальной разницы между ним и хорошей четверкой в том же районе, не вижу, кроме разницы в цене. Завтрак, входящий в стоимость проживания, мог бы быть поинтереснее. Вайфай работает нестабильно, часто отваливается. В номере в течение дня воздух становился тяжелым, ощущалась нехватка кислорода. Видимо, старое здание тому виной.

Отличное расположение, очень комфортабельные и стильные номера со всеми удобствами, прекрасные завтраки и доброжелательный персонал.

Очень плохой завтрак - ничего за космическую цену. Видимо, это такой отель. Не смогу рекомендовать кому-нибудь. Утром надо встать и хорошо покушать!

Amazing Hotel and staff experience

Wow what a great experience and an amazing hotel. I usually don’t leave a review but I really want to give this hotel a proper call out for exceptional service. Overall the hotel provided a 5 star experience. The location is amazing, the property is beautiful but what made it even better was the staff! At check in Marie was amazing and every day at breakfast the general manager came to greet us and make sure our experience was amazing. The food and service at breakfast was also amazing, especially Jamal, he was super nice and incredibly helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel, you will not be disappointed! Thank you team at Hotel Vernet for a great anniversary experience for my family!! Amazing job to the entire team.

You Will Love Hôtel Vernet

We just spent a week and a half at The Vernet Hotel Paris during the hottest heat wave ever in the month of May and we had a great time. While the outdoor temp neared 100* F, our room was cool and quiet because of the hotel’s high quality air conditioning. Located steps away from the Arc de Triomphe just off of the Champs-Elysees, this five-star, boutique hotel is our new home-away-from-home in Paris. Beyond the perfect location, the hotel itself is fantastic. Great comfort in all regards. Well worth the price. Each and every member of staff was so courteous and friendly, leaving no request unfulfilled. A special thanks goes to M. Remy, who assisted us with all our questions about Parisian activities. Remy also made sure we enjoyed The Vernet’s fantastic restaurant “The V”, where we had several excellent lunches and equally delicious dinners. Cuisine and service were five star, all under the wrought iron and stained glass ceiling designed and constructed by Gustav Eiffel. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was equally elegant, functional and comfortable. Our king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, as well. The HD TV had many, many channels, including French, many English, CNN, German and more. Fine art abound in the hotel, heightening our enjoyment. Quite a place, quite an experience. Five stars.

Beautiful rooms, a stunning property, excellent breakfast, and truly outstanding hospitality.

What an exceptional hotel in Paris. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff made our family's stay truly memorable. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They were some of the kindest and most welcoming people we met during our time in Paris. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We visited during a heat wave, and coming back to a cool, comfortable room after a day of exploring the city was incredibly appreciated. Breakfast was simple yet perfect—a selection of scrambled eggs, fresh pastries, and a delicious bread basket that was a wonderful way to begin each morning. What stood out most, however, was the level of service. We ran into an issue trying to secure transportation out of Paris, and one of the front desk team members worked tirelessly for nearly 45 minutes to help us find a solution. Her patience, dedication, and kindness turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a manageable one, and we were so grateful for her assistance. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Our new home away from home in Paris

This was our first time staying at the Vernet and it was an unforgettable experience. Although we have been to Paris numerous times, this is the visit we will always remember. Located only a block from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, it is on a quiet side street and very cozy. The dining room in the restaurant is worth the visit alone. The ceiling was designed by Gustave Eiffel (yes, THAT Eiffel). It is gorgeous and the food exquisite. And the person who made our stay even more special was Rémi. He was extraordinary. Extremely kind and caring, he made us feel completely at home. And I should mention that the entire staff was exceptional, as well. I can’t say enough good things! And we can’t wait to come back.
