Отель лучший! Но дорогой !))

Я уже третий раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, сервис отличный, достойные завтраки, приветливый персонал, расположение на любителя: рядом с казино, но далеко от центра, Чуть пошарпаный отель, но это мелочи

Hotel Arts Barcelona – часть известной международной сети люксовых отелей Ritz-Carlton. Находится прямо рядом с пляжем Барселоны, можно идти побегать или погулять. Также рядом с казино Барселоны где играют в покер. Отличные рестораны, вкусная еда. В отеле много красивых предметов современного искусства. Очень хороший сервис – запомнилось что когда такси не брало кредитку, сотрудник отеля заплатил кешем сам и потом мне просто добавили такси к счету номера. Плохой спортзал для такого отеля. Окна в номере были немытые.

Очень осталась довольна.! Персонал очень внимательный. Отель утопает в цветах. Отель находится не в центре города, но меня это устраивало, так как я знаю Барселону хорошо. Очень красивый вид из номеров отеля. За 2 недели моего прибывания плохих моментов не было.

A beautiful hotel with some asterisks

This was a lovely hotel and while I would stay here again, it definitely fell short of a 5 star stay. Pros: -The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The bed was among the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I actually chose to stay in and order room service for dinner a couple nights of my trip because I enjoyed the room so much that I wanted to spend more time in it. -Service was great all around, from the front desk to housekeeping and everything in between. -Breakfast was an impressive buffet spread with included a la carte options. Easily one of the best I've seen in a hotel, despite the fact that it's currently hosted in an alternate location while the normal restaurant is being renovated. -I really enjoyed the welcome drink. It's a small touch that you don't see often these days, even at luxury hotels. Cons: -The location. You surely have figured this out if you're seriously considering this hotel, but it's not really close to anything except the beach. If you want to go sightseeing, you'll need a taxi or comfortable shoes for a very long walk. Being as hot as it was, I opted for the taxi most of the time. -The elevators. Honestly, this single issue was enough to take Hotel Arts out of the running for a 5-star review. It's not so bad if you're coming through at odd hours but during breakfast, check in, and check out, it will add serious time to your "commute." On my last day I went to grab breakfast prior to finishing packing and checking out. I left my room on the 17th floor at 10:00 and did not make it to breakfast until 10:30 due to the elevators. The trip back to my room took another 15 minutes (most of it in line for the elevator). Upon returning to my room, I found that my key card access had been shut off. I had to spend another 45 minutes fighting the elevators again to get downstairs, resolve the issue with the front desk (they somehow had marked me down as checking out when I had not), and then head back up. This debacle resulted in me almost missing my flight, which I made it to only because it was delayed. -I believe I was assigned a room category below what I booked and paid for. Full disclosure, I did not address this with the hotel (I had planned to but due to the aforementioned elevator debacle, I didn't have time) so they very well may have resolved it if I asked. After double checking my confirmation email, I am positive that I booked a panorama sea view room. I was surprised to not have any kind of sea view when I first walked into the room, but I loved the room otherwise so I chose not to make a fuss. Thinking maybe I was crazy, I checked the Marriott Bonvoy app and it strangely said my reservation was a regular city view. Again, I cross checked this with my confirmation email, which said I had reserved a panorama sea view. I was happy to stay in the room but it was a 30-50 Euro difference per night, so I was hoping to ask for a refund of that amount from the hotel. I think this was probably some kind of technical glitch but it's a bit frustrating to not get what you paid for. -The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and some spaces are closed. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

​"Truly the best hotel in Barcelona." ​The location is perfect for going anywhere, the views of both the ocean and the city are breathtaking, and the service provided by the entire staff is top-notch. On top of that, the hotel restaurant is delicious, the club lounge is absolutely wonderful, and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with the latest amenities—everything was truly flawless. I would especially like to thank the staff for the beautiful room decorations for our 30th wedding anniversary. It was an incredibly fantastic welcome. ​Among all the great things, the absolute best part was the exceptional service from every single staff member without exception. Please give them all a big raise! ^^ ​I am leaving with such wonderful memories. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Hotel Arts is an excellent choice during your stay Barcelona. Claudia provided the best, most professional, warm, welcoming service upon my arrival. Blanca is the best in the business. Blanca is the most amazing person I've met in Spain. Her customer service is top tier. Roni, in valet, is so helpful. This hotel has amazing staff at every level. The hotel is an convenient location near shops, restaurants, a casino, and more. It offers amazing rooms with beautiful views of the sea. Thanks Hotel Arts Barcelona.

Top Stay In Top Spot

Had a fantastic 3 night stay here. Very modern / clean / smart hotel. Staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough and were super helpful. Paula on concierge was brilliant!!! and Alex also. Nice pool area and the food was superb. We ate in bites for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the Marina Restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended - loved it.

Top tier hospitality

Hotel Arts Barcelona absolutely delivered. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was top tier — the team was attentive, responsive, and genuinely warm every step of the way. I must give a shoutout to their incredible concierge team which helped me secure impressive seats at the FC Barcelona game and a last minute massage. Little details made a big difference. Diptyque products in the bathroom felt like a luxe touch that set the tone for the whole stay. The room was beautiful and so comfortable; I did not want to leave. The spa was a highlight; one of the best massages I’ve had. And the gym space was impressive, well-equipped and well-maintained. My only regret? I didn’t carve out more time to enjoy everything the property has to offer. Already thinking about the next visit!
