Great stay

Boutique hotel located off Orchard Road. It isn’t in the most central spot compared to other hotels in the area (if you think 2-3min walk to a MRT, it’s more like 10 mins to Orchard or Orchard Boulevard), but it’s manageable. Check in was seamless and efficient, and service is impeccable. Bags were brought up swiftly after check in. The room is an excellent size with impressively high ceilings. The balcony offers nice views of the city. The air con works to eliminate the Singapore humidity, while the ceiling fans circulates the air nicely. The bed is very comfortable, aided by generous bed side tables. Our room had a settee, chair and table. Storage options were good, probably would’ve expected a little more to store and hang clothes but I’m nitpicking on that. Bathroom is amazing - shower pressure and temperature is nice, plenty of storage and hanging spots and the separated toilet from the main bathroom is a nice touch. Technology wise, everything is easy to use. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to. TV was easy to use, but in my opinion it would’ve been nice to have a HDMI connection or functionality to do so, rather than Chromecasting. Nevertheless - Chromecast worked well. Only negative on the technology front was that there are no international sockets, so make sure you bring an adaptor. Facilities wise, we spent some time at the rooftop pool - it has amazing views, clean and maintained at a great temperature, otherwise we didn’t use any of the other facilities whilst there. We also did not eat at the restaurant, but from what we could see off the dine in and room service menu - the prices are on the higher side - so keep that in mind. Only other thing to point out is we had issues with getting our keycard to work with the lifts, it would often require 4-5 gos. Also I found it a little funny that they have a daily room servicing policy with housekeeping but the glass shelfs to the left of the bathroom sink where you could store a glass or comb for example were noticeably dusty. But to sum up - it’s a beautiful hotel, luxurious and well appointed, the room itself is amazing and overall the experience was great. Small little negatives, but no hotel is perfect.

The BEST hotel I have stayed in to date is in Singapore

My wife and I spent four nights at Artyzen Singapore at the end of May 2026, and it was one of the most memorable hotel stays we've ever had. From the stunning design to the exceptional service, every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. Artyzen is a relatively new property, having opened sometime between 2023 and 2024 based on Google Street View imagery. We booked a Premium King Room with a balcony and were assigned Room 1820. Upon entering, you're welcomed by a thoughtfully designed entryway. A separate toilet with a bidet and sink is located on one side, while the main bathroom sits opposite, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, a second sink, and a deep soaking tub with plush robes hanging nearby. The hallway also includes a well-appointed closet area stocked with ample hangers, drawers, a large safe, and complimentary slippers. The bedroom itself was breathtaking. The soaring ceilings, generous floor plan, and sophisticated décor created an immediate sense of luxury. The king bed felt noticeably larger and more comfortable than most we've experienced. In addition to the bed, the room featured a small work area with a chair and table, a chaise lounge for relaxing, and extensive mirrored surfaces that enhanced the sense of space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors opened onto a sizeable private balcony furnished with a table and chair. Other thoughtful touches included a Nespresso machine with coffee and tea selections, a minibar refrigerator, efficient air conditioning, and a large ceiling fan that kept the room exceptionally comfortable. The rest of the hotel is equally impressive. The rooftop features a beautiful quasi-infinity pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and unobstructed northern views. One of the standout architectural features is a glass-bottom section that extends beyond the building's eastern edge, creating a unique visual experience. Even the elevators are works of art, each decorated with illuminated glass panels depicting Peranakan street scenes. Although Artyzen's original full-service restaurant had recently closed before our stay, Café Quenino more than filled the gap. Located beside the lobby in a lush, plant-filled atrium with covered outdoor seating, it serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. For added convenience, 24-hour room service is also available. The location proved to be excellent. A bus stop serving multiple frequent routes is just a four-minute walk away. I actually preferred taking the buses over the MRT because it allowed me to enjoy the city while traveling. Orchard MRT Station, along with the Orchard, Scotts, and Paterson Road shopping district, is only about an eight-minute walk from the hotel. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff—was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. While tipping is not customary in Singapore, we felt compelled to do so as a small gesture of appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we received. If you're looking for a stylish, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed hotel in Singapore, Artyzen Singapore is an outstanding choice. We would gladly stay there again.

Some details missing to really stands among Singapore reference 5*

Good points : Artyzen is greatly located at 2 steps from Orchard road , Spacious rooms Offer stay 3 pay 2 nights Nice design of the hotel in general Great F&B team very dynamic and looking always to please the customer Proposal of dinner with 3 , 5 or 7 dishes is very nice / great cook ! Points of improvement : unfortunately the location is facing a construction site 🏗️ for the time being , it means that you might be proposed with rooms annoyed by the noise When we arrived , there was no bell boy , we loaded ourselves the luggage’s on trolley Breakfast : - Miss some dishes to accommodate kids - Miss some salads to accompany the cheeses Room and common spaces : The cleaning is not thoroughly done : - carpets are not vacuumed - stain marks on the toilet

Lacking.

We stayed at the Artyzen Singapore as a stopover on our way to Bali from Thailand. Upon arrival, we were greeted and provided general information about the property, including the pool, rooftop bar and restaurant. Staff were pleasant and the rooms are beautiful. Since the staff had such a rave review of the pool - we went to the roof after dropping off our bags to find a pool with a severe algae issue. It doesn’t appear that maintenance takes their job very seriously, especially for a 5* hotel. Additionally, all of the patio furniture was pushed to the edge of the bar - as if they were closed. The bar seemed understaffed - with a single employee running around to ensure everyone had their drinks. Despite a kitchen being adjacent to the rooftop bar - they bring any order food from a kitchen on the 1st floor. I relayed the pool issues to the front desk staff. Later we went to the rooftop to enjoy happy hour to find the pool areas scrubbed but a dark green tint to the entire pool water with children swimming. After enjoying happy hour, we returned to our room to complete a couple business calls and ordered a bottle of Prosecco via their portal - only to receive a call from the food service department that they didn’t have any Prosecco. Other things are off about this hotel - that imply management is not doing their job or quite frankly - bigger issues are present. Does the Artyzen Singapore have financial woes ahead? My observations indicated so. Overall, the property has a lot of potential - but definitely missed the mark during our stay.

Singapore at its best!

Had an amazing 4 night stay at the Artyzen hotel in Singapore. The hotel staff were attentive and ensured we got the best out of our time there. The perfect combination of exploring what Singapore had to offer with the relaxation and calm of the Artyzen to recharge the batteries! Hotel is close to MRT which made getting around very easy. Food was excellent, the pool was brilliant, the room was beautiful, the view from the roof top bar stunning and most of all the staff were amazing! We will go back!
